Some homes feature elaborate haunted house displays and other Halloween decor.  I’m not one to go too spooky for this holiday.  I much prefer the cute Casper-esque ghosts, smiling pumpkins and colorful Day of The Dead skeletons.  Here are some of my picks for cute Halloween decorations!

BOO Marquis Sign, $25, Target
This sign can be plugged in outdoors or can be placed on a window sill to shine outside signalling trick-or-treaters that the candy is here!

Day of The Dead Wooden Skull (Spritz), $9.75, Target
I like this wooden skull in lieu of a wreath.  It’s more colorful and I love the sparkly finish.

Day of The Dead Paper Garland (Spritz), $5.50, Target
I love how bright and colorful these skeleton faces are.  They’re a nice break from the traditional black and orange of the holiday.

Halloween Mini Ornaments (12 ct), $4.50, Target
These ornaments work great on a tree that has lost its leaves!  Need something extra?  Maybe wrap some fake white spider webs around the same tree.

Halloween Pumpkin Gel Clings, $2.75, Target
I love gel clings – they are brighter and more visible from a distance than traditional window stickies and I find they last better from year to year.  They’re also fun and easy for kids.  I would pick up a few sets for your front windows.
