#1: 4th Line Grind Coffee Beans ($21, 4th Line Grind Coffee). This may be the most universal hockey fan/hockey mom/hockey dad/coach/hockey wife/hockey life gift I could find! I’ve tried this coffee and not only is it really good, but I’m proud to say that the founder is a friend of mine! P.S. Coffee also makes a lovely hostess gift or stocking stuffer because at the end of the day, don’t we all #riseandgrind?
#2: Hockey Hall of Fame Book of Trivia: NHL Centennial Edition ($19.95, IndigoChapters). I’m not usually one to recommend a trivia book, but this one is pretty good. This fall while I was waiting in line at Indigo at a book signing (for Kelly Hrudey’s “Calling The Shots”), a store employee was keeping us in good spirits by reading us portions from this book! The answers are very detailed, too, so you learn alot!
#3: Expressions Play Hockey Pillow Cover ($27.50, IndigoChapters). I love this pillow! I actually bought one for my own home because it fits so nicely in my memorabilia-decorated basement!
#4-#5-#6: Tees from Sauce Hockey: Every year I like to post a couple of my favorite clever tees from their collection. They are all made of some of the softest cotton I have ever felt and they don’t shrink in the dryer! Here are my faves this year: Savvy Vet Tee ($35, SauceHockey), Local Legend Tee ($35, SauceHockey), Helecopter Tee ($35, SauceHockey). I bought this one for my (goalie) husband!
#7: Sparkle Ball Stud Earrings, 10mm ($70, Hillberg&Berk). These lovely earrings are perfect for the Canadian Women’s Hockey fan in your life as they are the ones you’ll see our Women’s National Team wearing in tournaments worldwide, including the Olympic Games. Tell them we sent you! 🙂
#8: Hockey Socks ($16, Friday Sock Co.). One of my favorite local (Calgary) companies has released these mismatched hockey socks! They’re the perfect gift for the hockey fan who has everything! Plus, they’re made in Italy, so they’ll impress even the classiest of fans!
#9: Table Air Hockey Set ($44.50, IndigoChapters). This set is perfect for kids of all ages and is fun for the whole family!
#10: Babsocks: Home & Away Pack ($35, Babsocks.ca). These great socks are not only a fun gift, but they also give back. Proceeds support the Mowvember Foundation as well as investments into mental programming for minor athletes! (all charitable initiative info on their website)
