“Treat Yo’ Self – It’s the best day of the year!” This It-List is all about treating yourself and keeping cozy as the temperatures drop. Here’s what I’m loving this week:
- Warm Scarf: Yarn Dyed Plaid Scarf – Pink, $39.50, Indigo. I love how soft this scarf is. I always get excited to see new plaid scarfs in the fall, and this blush pink is really neutral and looks great on all skin tones.
- Cozy PJs: The Dreamer Henley Pajama – Blue/Purple Plaid, $54.50, Victoria’s Secret. I love cozy pajamas and I wear them around the house all the time (even when it’s not bedtime!), so that makes this set with a henley top even more appealing (looks a bit less jammy-like). I like ones with plaid or polka-dots or stars on them, but there is a pattern for everyone!
- Lip Gloss: Urban Decay NAKED Ultra Nourishing Lip Gloss, $20, Nordstrom. This is one of my favorite glosses as it is just as moisturizing as lip balm (don’t let those cold breezes dry out your pout!). I also like that it isn’t scented at all, so it won’t alter your palette if you’re drinking wine! My fave colors are: Lovechild (shown), Naked and Walk of Shame.
- Bubble Bath: Philosophy ‘French Vanilla Bean’ Shampoo, Shower Gel & Bubble Bath, $18, Nordstrom. Why not treat yourself to a nice bubble bath after an afternoon of raking leaves?! I find this one to be a great moisturizing shower gel as well.
- Clever Mug: Treat Yo’ Self Coffee Mug, $23, Ashley Brooke Designs. Everything by Ashley Brooke Designs is adorable and clever. I use this mug to hold pens on my desk and couldn’t resist buying it because I am such a huge Parks & Recreation fan. It’s important to remember to treat yo’ self!
- Natural Blush: NARS Blush – Reckless, $30, Nordstrom. I know what you’re thinking – another blush? And the answer is ‘yes’ but trust me, this one is worth it, especially for fall (and that summer glow fades). It is ‘made with transparent pigments for a soft and sheer look and imparts a natural, healthy glow for any skin tone’.
