Lean Green Smoothie
When life gives you lemons…make green smoothies!
Ingredients:
- ½ Lemon
- ¼ cup Mango
- ¼ cup Pineapple
- Handful spinach
- Handful kale
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp. hemp hearts
- ¼ cup water
Directions:
- Toss all ingredients into the blender and blend for 30-45 seconds on high speed.
- Add extra liquid if needed.
- Pour into chilled glass and you’re ready to conquer your day!
*If you use fresh fruit instead of frozen, add in a couple ice cubes to chill it and make it thicker.
Antioxidant Blast Smoothie
Starting to feel a little under the weather? This smoothie will boost that immune system and give you that energy to finish out your day (until your bed starts calling you!)
Ingredients:
- ½ Lemon
- ¼ cup Raspberries
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- ¼ cup Pineapple
- Handful spinach
- Handful kale
- ¼ cup orange juice (I used no sugar added coconut water orange juice…yum!)
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp. hemp hearts
Directions:
- Blend it all up!
- Add more liquids if needed
- Pour into chilled glass and enjoy

Cinnamon Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 full banana
- ½ tbsp. all natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp protein powder (I used: Hemp Protein Smoothie, Vanilla Chai flavor)
- ½ tbsp. hemp hearts
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Handful of ice
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (you can use regular milk, coconut milk, soy milk etc.)
Directions:
- Blend away 30-45 seconds on high speed
- Use less milk if you want a thicker consistency
