To me music and exercise goes together like Michael Phelps and the swimming pool. You just can’t have one with out the other. Music is a great way to get motivated before a game, it can keep you entertained while you’re on your last set of leg day, and it can help celebrate a nice overtime win.
Like exercise, everyone has a different taste in what kind of music they enjoy listening to. For myself I have a variety of music that can keep me driven while working out or getting amped for a nice game of beer league hockey.
This first volume is just a taste of what any of you can add to your playlists to make working out just a bit more enjoyable.
