When life gives you lemons…make green smoothies!
- ½ Lemon
- ¼ cup Mango
- ¼ cup Pineapple
- Handful spinach
- Handful kale
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp. hemp hearts
- ¼ cup water
- Toss all ingredients into the blender and blend for 30-45 seconds on high speed
- Add extra liquid if needed
- Pour into chilled glass and your ready to concur your day
*If you use fresh fruit instead of frozen then add in a couple ice cubes to chill it and make it thicker
