When life gives you lemons…make green smoothies!

green1Ingredients:

  • ½ Lemon
  • ¼ cup Mango
  • ¼ cup Pineapple
  • Handful spinach
  • Handful kale
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp. hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup water

Directions:

  1. Toss all ingredients into the blender and blend for 30-45 seconds on high speed
  2. Add extra liquid if needed
  3. Pour into chilled glass and your ready to concur your day

*If you use fresh fruit instead of frozen then add in a couple ice cubes to chill it and make it thicker
