Ingredients:

  • 1 full banana
  • ½ tbsp. all natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (I used: Hemp Protein Smoothie, Vanilla Chai flavor)
  • ½ tbsp. hemp hearts
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Handful of ice
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (you can use regular milk, coconut milk, soy milk etc.)

Directions:

  1. Blend away 30-45 seconds on high speed
  2. Use less milk if you want a thicker consistency
