Starting to feel a little under the weather? This smoothie will boost that immune system and give you that energy to finish out your day (until your bed starts calling you!)


  • ½ Lemon
  • ¼ cup Raspberries
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Pineapple
  • Handful spinach
  • Handful kale
  • ¼ cup orange juice (I used no sugar added coconut water orange juice…yum!)
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp. hemp hearts


  1. Blend it all up!
  2. Add more liquids if needed
  3. Pour into chilled glass and enjoy

*If you use fresh fruit instead of frozen then add in a couple ice cubes to chill it and make it thicker.
