Starting to feel a little under the weather? This smoothie will boost that immune system and give you that energy to finish out your day (until your bed starts calling you!)
- ½ Lemon
- ¼ cup Raspberries
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- ¼ cup Pineapple
- Handful spinach
- Handful kale
- ¼ cup orange juice (I used no sugar added coconut water orange juice…yum!)
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp. hemp hearts
- Blend it all up!
- Add more liquids if needed
- Pour into chilled glass and enjoy
*If you use fresh fruit instead of frozen then add in a couple ice cubes to chill it and make it thicker.
